Ticket’s reprinting order

some of my orders would randomly reprint as another order. If I added a new item it would print the new item and the precious items again. This is causing our staff to make items again. How do you fix this?

I recommend visiting your Printer Station Settings so you can make adjustments so that your printer only prints receipts and order tickets. If you need guidance on this you may visit our Printer Setup Guide
