There is no Ireland to select when adding shipping region

Hi,

I have Free Shipping under UK region, but Ireland is not in the country group. When I want to add another separate free shipping group, Ireland doesn't come as an option. 

Any ideas?

Hi @Agnie, thanks for flagging this! You should definitely be able to select Ireland as a region. I had a quick look on my own test site and I can see Ireland appearing in the drop-down when I'm editing an existing rate and when I'm adding a new region.

Would you mind trying these troubleshooting steps and see if they would help?

• Make sure your browser is up to date.
• Clear the cache on your browser. Access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions.
• Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome.
