The tickets we enter into our IPAD are not syncing with our portable terminal

When we enter tickets into our IPAD, they are not showing up in our portable terminal just starting yesterday, but worked Friday. Our transactions are showing up, just not the tickets. We can put tickets into our portable terminal and they show up on our IPAD however. Please help! We need both machines to check people out when busy. 

I have turned them off and on. Can not update. Have turned wi fi on and off etc... I don't see any settings that got messed up.

We have done a factory reset. Nothing changes.
