The app is slow. It’s like it delayed when you press or swipe. This stated happening Friday after Thursdays data/server issues.
@G1 Which app? All of my payment apps are processing just fine. No noticeable delays. It’s helps to know where you are seeing issues.
I would start by closing the app and restarting it.
if that doesn't work then try restarting the device it is on (iPad, iPad, or Android tablet etc).
I had a Square terminal that was somehow super laggy, like 15 seconds between button clicks and restarting the device cleared it up.

I am using Square for Retail and it is like a 2-5 second delay after I press Charge. There is another thread on this and I posted a video there that actually I counted to 6 until the green like came on for my Tap reader. I just Press the Charge button and ask my customer to wait till they see the Green light come on. The only issue there is then, if they take to long to find the Card they want to tap, the Stand Times out and I have to let it know to charge the card for payment again.
