Hello, everyone. This one is really getting on my nerves.
To give a background info:
I have been using my iPad through SAFARI browser to edit my website pages for my weeks now. No issues at all, and I had been doing progress and is now almost finish and ready to commence accepting orders through my ORDERING PAGE.
Last night, I was using the same browser and device to do some editing on the ORDERING PAGE/SHOP ALL.
I wanted to add a SECTION below the HEADER of the ORDERING PAGE/SHOP ALL page. But somehow, when I previewed it, everything inside that page is gone. This is the page where all my items are categorized for ordering and paying. This page is completely messed up, but for some reason, several links from the MENU page that directs to the ORDERING PAGE/SHOP ALL, is still working, and if you click any of this link it opens to the ORDERING PAGE/SHOP ALL that was 90% intact. To give you an idea, here is the link on the menu page that I was talking about:

Try clicking ROSIE'S CHICKEN BURGER under EVENING MENU. The page that opens up is the ORDERING PAGE that remains 90% intact except for the broken ALL ITEMS hyperlink.
Now, this exactly the same page should be accessible using the ORDER NOW button on the header. If you click ORDER NOW, the link is broken. If you click SHOP ALL on the navigation, it leads to an empty page.
Then right after this problem occurred last night, the SITE EDITOR of Square Online suddenly stopped working. It's stuck at a white, empty page. This what I have tried to do to try to fix it:
1. I tried to refresh my browser
2. logged out of my account and then logged in then reopen SITE EDITOR
3. restart the iPad, tried the site editor again
4. Open the site editor using CHROME.
5. Opened my account and the site editor on a desktop computer
6. Clearing the cache
7. Deleting the browsing histories
But the problem remains the same up to now. The site editor still gets stuck at white, empty space. I tried waiting for hours but it's hopeless.

From what you've described, it sounds like there may be an issue with how some pages and page sections have been added and incorporated into your site navigation.
I can see a member of our Application Support Engineering team has reached out to you via email regarding the issue of the Site Editor hanging, and they're best equipped to look into the issues with your site navigation as well.
You mentioned that links from the menu page (like Rosie's Chicken Burger) still work — which is a great sign, as it suggests that the content is still there, but the page routing may be broken. I'd suggest having them look into the following:
1. Reviewing your site navigation links at the top of your home page
2. Re-linking the ORDER NOW button
3. Ensuring there are no broken or deleted categories that the SHOP ALL link used to point to
