I'm having multiple issues. First of all, on the "online/Weebly" side of things, when searching, once you begin to type in the search box, you immediately get a spinning wheel. Stupidly you have to type super fast to try to search. And then, the actual search results are ridiculous. We have a LOT of items in our online inventory and the search function really needs revamping. It's so buggy and has recently gotten much worse with the spinning wheel of exasperation. And now this morning, the Create New Item button has disappeared. (It's just gone. Did it get moved? I have searched everywhere.) We figured out a work-around and duplicated an existing item, but that's not ideal. I was able to create the new item on the Square side of things, but it would NOT show up on the Weebly side. Ever since that big crash a few weeks ago, things seem to be getting worse and not better. (and why do these things usually seem to happen on Saturdays, our busiest day of the week?!?!) I used to have a Square rep call me every now and then in the "before times" when I didn't need as much help, I wish I had a rep now. How can that happen? 😞
We are finding the same problem- not sure why it is buggy but we are in touch with our rep and engineering and making them aware of it all... hang in there- it's super frustrating I know.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Weebly site. Did you contact us directly to address everything that's going on? Also, when you had a Square rep, did you have a sales or account manager rep that would call you?
