Taxes are not calculating for store pickup.

I have tried everything to get the sales tax to calculate correct.   It calculates when there is shipping, but not for store pickup.  I mainly do store pickup and rarely deliver or ship.  Please help

I was able to run a test on your site (loved your products by the way) and was able to get taxed for pick up. 

Let me know if you are still needing help with this or if has been fixed.
