Welcome to the Community, @Angeline -

Thank you for your post!

I want to make sure I am understanding what you wish to accomplish- do you want to create a tax for a customer's location change?

Please let me know if that's correct or you were thinking of something different. I will keep an eye out for your reply👀

I will try to be more explicit loll . My clients come from different countries . I only have to charge taxes to my Canadian client  and taxes need to be adjusted base on their location (exemple Quebec 14.995% , Alberta 5%....)

This part work well with articles in my square boutique but when it come to prepayment appointment I didn’t find a way to do that . I have tried to create all taxes for each province but it did charge all taxes . (Not related to the location)

I will like that when My client book and prepay his appointment that taxes adjusted automatically

@Angeline

Thank you! I see what you mean. If you want to add a prepayment for your appointments, you have that option to turn on the settings on your Dashboard.

Go to Appointments > Settings > Payments & Cancellations.

You can add an additional tax, if you'd like too. The only thing to consider is that the taxes can be added to specific items, not by your customer's location.
