Taking payments on my website

I'm going round in circles here. i have built my website added my items. i have upgraded. i tested the website to make sure my domain was linked. clicked on a product. to be told this shop isnt taking online payments. What's that all about. all the information telling me how to set up for payments already done. i am at a loss

Hi @librabean, sorry to hear you are running into this! Are you getting the message "This store is not yet accepting payments" by any chance? If so, here're some more steps you can try:

• Make sure Order Online is enabled on your website. You can check this by navigating to your Square Dashboard > Online Store > Settings > Checkout
• Make sure items are in stock and have fulfilment methods applied to them
• Unpublish and republish your site to make sure the site is fully secured. Note: If you have a custom domain, it can take up to 48 hours for the site to show as secured.

If everything has been set up and your still cannot take payments, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support team for further assistance.

2. Select your topic or just click Other > I don’t see my issue, it’ll give you the option to either call or email in!
