So I've seen the updates made to order manager in which your open tickets now display with the other orders. My question is this- if I schedule a pickup date and time and save the ticket as an open ticket I can't find a way to go back and take payment for the ticket. It doesn't show up in my tickets any longer once it goes in the order manager. It shows as "unpaid" but there's no way to take payment.

When I tested it on my demo account, everything seemed to work as expected—I added the item at checkout, created a ticket, reopened it, selected the pickup option, and was taken to the charge screen.
To better understand the issue, could you walk me through your exact checkout process? Any additional details would be really helpful.
Once it is saved as an open ticket, going back and scheduling the pickup date and time and collecting payment it doesn't put the order in the order manager. It's like you never scheduled it. It's a bug.

save the ticket without payment first. Once you go back to the saved ticket and take payment it doesn't schedule.
