Tabs/Tickets paid but not clearing from open tickets

Hi - We are a restaurant that uses open tabs/tickets; however, recently some paid tabs have stayed open in the open tickets section. Does anyone know why this might be happening? I checked and the payment and ticket is in transactions, but still shows up as open. Some tickets were taking multiple attempts to delete them also. Thanks!

Sorry I don't have an answer for you, came here to ask the same question. We will be better to check for Apple and app updates to see if that helps.
