TM-T82II ethernet receipt printer

Hi, we have an existing TM-T82ii printer (connected through ethernet cables) in the kitchen which is working fine. We recently bought another one and was hoping to use it outside. However, the new printer is not connecting with our ipad. We tried swapping the printers and can verify that wifi/ethernet cable is working fine. The new printer is already on ethernet mode, so unsure why we are still unable to connect the new printer to the ipad. 

 

anyone had similar problems before?
