I have my swiper plugged into my phone and it is not reading any cards. It's costing me extra money to put people's card information in manually and I have a reader that is not working. The square app is recognizing that the reader is connected but it's not reading cards. I have a vendor event today. Please help!!!!
@Whitewolf132 this happens to me from time to time. I just reboot my phone and reconnect the swiper and it works fine.
