Okay so my square isn't picking up any cards in the the swipe reader. It's been fine up until this point. Its cleaned and I have 2 different readers. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It's not picking AT ALL. Square is essential to my business and I need this fixed ASAP. What do i do? Square also takes [Personal Information Redacted] as i have a small loan through them. Please someone help.
Hey @MattMiller. Could you confirm which reader is giving you problem? Is it the regular magstripe reader or the chip card reader? Or is it the swiper on the Square Stand?
