Suspended transfer

Hi ,

 

I'm in the Airport on business travel as run a professional services consulting business and Square has randomly decided to suspend our funds from being transferred out with no specific issue at all. Previously provided all transaction docs and still nothing.  

 

I have been trying to call and also chat via their web site all day long but with no success as their customer service team blocks you and tells you they have no control and cant contact anyone at all. 

 

This has caused my business great stress and subsequently rattled us out of the blue. Stuck in airport now trying to work out where to get other funds from, no success as yet. 

 

We asked the client to pay through Square , not knowing Square would do this to us , its destroying us as we don't have alternate cash flow at this time. I've never been so frustrated, helpless and I am genuinely shocked this has been done to us at the last minute. Why didn't Square do all this before signing us up. Its all quite tragic how they can get away with it, Capitalism is it ?  Time to rethink it all perhaps.
