I'm trying to make a subscription service for my customers but there's information missing compared to the tutorials I see on Square.

I don't have a "Subscriptions" option under Categories when I create a new/open an item.
Eg.2
When I add a customer to a subscription, there's no option to add a shipping address - no fulfillment option.
can someone actually help this time? this is my second time posting things question in a month and multiple follow ups with no response from the Square team.
