Subscription option not coming up on items

I'm trying to make a subscription service for my customers but there's information missing compared to the tutorials I see on Square. 

Eg.1

I don't have a "Subscriptions" option under Categories when I create a new/open an item. 

Eg.2

When I add a customer to a subscription, there's no option to add a shipping address - no fulfillment option.

Hey @botw1 ,

this seems to be a Plus level feature. so you may need to upgrade your account.

Saying that, as a plus subscriber i can not see this feature as describe in the online tutorial either.

I was comparing the plans to make sure I was on the correct one and they both get a "green tick" for subscriptions. So I'm not sure if the plans would even make a difference.

@Seamus can you have a look into this for us, the subscription options do not appear to be working.
