I don’t think this is a Square bug, but might be an iOS one?
Using a tablet as a hotspot, then connecting 2 terminals & a Epson receipt printer.
The terminals can ‘see’ & print but the iPad that is the hotspot can’t. Not in the Square app or the restaurant app.
Testing another iPad (connecting to the original iPad hotspot) & all the apps can use the printer fine.
Might be one of those things we have to live with - but has foiled my master plan this evening 😂
Hm, might be worth reaching out to our team directly if you want to run through some troubleshooting, @Sam_400º!
If there is something wrong on our side, we should be able to pinpoint and address that.
Actually - it might be a Square config bug, as I can use the printers IP address on the host iPad to view the printer settings & login.
