Still Unable to Convert Open Tickets to Invoices - Square ignoring customers

As i sit here and manually convert hundreds of open tickets to invoices I can't help but feel a seething anger towards square. Square removed a vital feature from the app and has no response to dozens of customers complaining publicly. Complaints are like cockroaches, for every one you see there are a hundred you don't see. FIX THE APP.

 

Every month that I have to do this extra work i'm going to come here and let you know how terrible your company is. OPEN TICKETS AND ORDERS are 2 separate things. Do you know anything about your customers? 

 

You are forcing me to change my point of sale over some BULL**bleep**.

Right now, Square does not support bulk or automatic conversion of open tickets to invoices. That functionality was removed, and at the moment there isn’t a replacement or toggle to turn it back on. What you’re experiencing isn’t a glitch — it’s a limitation of the current product setup.

 

I agree it’s a big workflow hit for businesses that rely on tickets first, invoices later. Many sellers have flagged this as a regression, and the only option today is still manual conversion or changing the workflow upstream.

 

Not defending it — just being honest about where things stand so you don’t keep hunting for a fix that isn’t there yet.
