Is Star650II no longer compatible with Square POS please?
I'm following the connection guide but it's not coming up as option to print with in POS.

Is this your first time connecting the Star TSP650II? What type of device are you trying to connect it to?
I would suggest following the steps below
Check under the iPad's Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth and Local Network that Square is toggled to green.
Then check if the printer is coming up on the iPad under Settings > Bluetooth > select printer .
Open the Square App > More > Hardware > Printer > Create Printer Station > Use this printer for > Save.

Thank you will give this a try.
I've had the printer connected to my iPad before but try to update the iPad to see if this helps.
The printer is coming up on iPad Bluetooth, it's just that final step of connecting it to Square that seems to be the problem.
Once, I've ran the update I will come back to you. Thank you.

I notice from this guide that it says Star654 its the one required to print?

Thanks for trying all of the steps, sorry it's still not connecting.
I checked with our hardware team and we're wondering if you can see another model number anywhere on the printer - probably the bottom of it. It may well be a Star TSP654ii.
Which should be compatible.. once we check that we can look at next steps. I'll keep any eye out for your response. @DanTreatyPie

Sorry for the delay, I've had some short staffing this week so had to put the printer on hold.
I can confirm it does say TSP654ii underneath. I've attached a picture.
All my iPads are now running on most updated version of IOS but still won't connect unfortunately.
I've also attached a picture of the connection receipt my printer prints out when turning on.
I'm not sure what else to try.

Ok, thanks for confirming the printer is the Star TSP654ii which is compatible with Square hardware.
Since we've also confirmed your devices and software are up to date and followed all the Bluetooth Printer troubleshooting steps from this article, it may be time to reach out to Star directly to confirm if there's an issue with the printer itself.
