Staff to see appointment there booked in for

Hi

So i run a detailing business

I book my relevant staff member in on the appointment creation page when I make a new booking.

I want my staff to be able to see what appointments they have coming up and can I schedule there shifts around those appointments?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community 👋

You can let your staff view their upcoming appointments by giving them the appropriate permission under Team Management options.

Once you create a staff member and have assigned them a permission set, you can then edit the permission set to allow them to access Appointment bookings:

They will then be able to view upcoming Appointments via the app or Online Dashboard. You can view and manage Team Members and Permissions from your Dashboard and view a set up guide here.
