I am using Woo Commerce and Square to process for a ticketing website using Tickera with seating charts. All selections go to cart fine and then to checkout fine. Checkout collects all pertinent data ok as well but when submitted it fails to process. It pops up “Something went wrong. Please contact us to get assistance.” The failed order logs in Woo>Orders as well also.
Square support isn't interested in offering any help or even responding so I’m reaching out to you guys before I try another pay platform. Tickets go on sale in a couple days so I’m a little desperate to get this working ASAP!
Note: I don’t think it’s a Tickera issue because it does it with a Woo Donation plugin that has nothing to do with Tickera. Thanx…Guys
PS: I did try disconnecting and reconnecting to square as well…
I have a website out of Square, and they are now not integrating with Square. So I had to use their website processor or have a Developer enter an API for Square. I found out my webhost gave me better Online Processing Fees but alot higher Retail fees. So you may want to look into adding a Payment API for Square.

You did not say if on your Woocommerce site if they have a Square integration which would be the easy way to go, and adding a donation plugin before knowing its working and the donation link is the problem possibly. Try one thing at a time to make sure it works then add other plug ins.
The site is mountainviewbluegrass.com
