Square shop created a new blank Weebly site - how to connect correct site?

I rebuilt my Weebly site two weeks ago. I started to add e-commerce on Weebly then decided to use Square instead. In Square, I restored the defaults to start with a clean slate and changed the name of my shop to help me distinguish between the editable sites. I expected to see my Weebly website in the edit panel but instead the Square editor created a new blank Weebly site at the same url as my website: http://scraphoundstudio.Weebly.com

The URL still goes to the correct newly built Weebly site but I am concerned I’m going to end up losing my real website and end up with this blank template. 

How do I make sure my Square shop and real Weebly website are live and connected, and get rid of the extra site? I suspect it’s to do with the name change but I’m too nervous to edit anything in case I lose my new site and/or shop. Help?

HI, Square obtained Weebly 2018 being one platform now.  Any new sites will be the Square platform.  There has been NO announcement from Square regarding any Weebly site going forward.

Thanks Terri, I think I haven’t explained myself well. Everything was fine til I republished my modified square site. What I really need is someone from Square to look at my account and tell me what to fix to get my sites connected again and get rid of the extraneous site.
