I have synced my WooCommerce and Square accounts, and have WooCommerce as my product system of record. I've also enabled to push inventory changes to Square. However, my inventory changes aren't updating in Square. I have unique SKUs for each product (clothing) and variation (size) and the correct inventory numbers are in WooCommerce. But the inventory in Square isn't being updated. (everything else is, I've created test products and variations with unique SKUs to test this, everything except the inventory will sync to Square.) I have the official WooCommerce for Square plugin installed. Any ideas as to why? I opened a ticket with WooCommerce but haven't heard back in 2 days.
Hey @BiancaOs. Definitely sounds odd. That's good that you reached out to WooCommerce. Do you have your case number with them? If so, you can reach out to our Support Team and share that case number with them. They may have to file a ticket with our engineering team and it'll be helpful for them to be able to work with WooCommerce with that case number if they need to.
