Square is holding my money for weeks now, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to contact square almost daily for 2 weeks. they continue to ask me for COA for CBD products I don't even sell and refuse to send me over $5000 that I have collected from customers, holding all of my money. I had 3 calls today and every representative refused a manager, and hung up on me. I only get an email back that still just requests the CBD info.  

I AM **bleep**ED!!!!!!  Any advice, this is not okay.

Hi there @lis62.. I'm going to tag the Square Moderators here in the Community.  One of them might be able to get you some more information.  But, while you wait, did you EVER (even by mistake) indicate that you sell or might want to sell CBD products?  Because, if you did, even it it was a mistake that you corrected, you unfortunately set some wheels in motion that have to be followed through to the end of the process.  That's the law.
