Hi one of my client had a square account where I was a team member. She deactivate the account and opened a new one. Now wants to add me as a team member in the new account but when I am trying to accept. Its showing me that the email already exist. What should I do?
Hi @Shabah7! This is an easy fix that our Support Team can help with. Just have the Account Owner give our team a call so they can do some back end adjustments to the emails on file.
