every time I try to sync, it sends me an email saying I got technical error during my import and to try again.
@Arthurgraye Hi, we have had several issues with syncing.
No one will tell you what the issue is, you have to call in and it magically gets fixed. It's a case where they probably knew it was an issue and until they get complaints about it it won't be fixed because they can't push an update out to fix it.
