Square Website Images Not Showing

Hi folks, I hope someone can help with a solution to my problem. I have emailed Square helpdesk 3 times but no response.

 

I have discovered that customers are unable to view the product page photographs on my Square hosted website, when they choose the "Use necessary cookies only" button.

 

Clearly I could be losing a lot of sales due to this. Has anyone encountered this problem before and know how to fix it?

Sorry to hear you're running into this. 

 

I had a look at my phone and laptop after declining cookies and I can see images for your items, can you let me know exactly which pages/items they are not appearing on? And were your customers experiencing this on mobile or desktop? I want to try to replicate the issue. Thanks

Hi Breffni,

 

Thanks for this. It is happening to customers using both mobile and desktop devices. 

 

I just cleared the browsing history on my iphone and have encountered the same issue. When I go onto the website and click "use necessary cookies only", then click the Furniture category page, upon loading the photograph boxes are just flashing grey/white and do not show any of the images. It is exactly the same on the other category pages such as Lighting, Cushions etc.
