I purchased the Square terminal (portable) and it is not working. I distribute my product out of a local shop that has a public wifi network. It says I'm connected but when I go to charge a card it says network not connected. I did a factory reset and it did not fix it. Is it because it is a public network? My card reader on my phone works just fine.
