Square Terminal- cash transactions receipts and loyalty

We use an ipad with a square terminal for our transactions. 

When customers pay with cash, the transaction does not go through the terminal and therefore I can't print receipts and customers don't get prompted to sign up for the loyalty program. 

Is there a way to push cash transactions to the terminal?

Hello @Madethis and thanks for your question. Check out this post for some info, but I think you can setup Cash as a form of payment in your Terminal.

Tap Settings > Checkout > Payment types.
