Square Subscriptions won't sync between desktop and app? Causing MAJOR issues

Our Square subscriptions won't sync between the app and desktop dashboard. You can only update and edit subscription types on the desktop dashboard, but when we do, it does not sync across any of our apps. We have tried de-installing and re-installing, software updates, disabling subscriptions and re-enabling, logging out and back in, editing to trigger a sync. We have tried it all and nothing is working. Because of the sync issue, it has now glitched out some of our square subscriptions and is double charging people that should only have been charged. With over 60 members in our system this will be come a MAJOR issue if unresolved. Square support over the phone seems unable to understand the issue so we have not been able to fix it. 

 

Any ideas?????
