Square Stand "INSUFFICIENT POWER" when connected to HUB

Good morning, My square stand, 13 months old, has recently had a connection issue. It stopped recognizing the connection from the hub. We would unplug the hub and plug it back in and it would work fine for the day. We have a scale, printer, and cash drawer connected. All terminals look to be free of corrosion, and all accessories are plugged in. 

     As of yesterday, the stand will connect, disconnect, and display a message "insufficient power" on the top of the screen. When the stand is plugged into the charger there is no connection issue. I tried a second hub and the issue persists with hub connections. I know the ipad conducted an update 2 nights ago now.  Can anyone help me with their experience?

Thank you, I wasn't aware support had a 24/7 number. I spoke to them and they are replacing it under warranty.
