I cannot get anyone to ever call back from square. I had been using a USB receipt printer with my square stand and after a square update it no longer worked. When I go in to add printer it is only giving me the option for bluetooth, not USB?
You said the problem started after a Square update, so I'll assume your Square equipment/software is up-to-date. Have you checked to make sure your iPad's OS is current also? After that, I'd go through all the usual troubleshooting steps: power both the iPad and printer down, then unplug and replug in your power cable with the USB hub, and power both back up again.
