Square Reader (2nd Gen) Not turning on? No lights showing, even when connected to USB? Can’t reset it? Nothing happens when I hold down the button for 20 secs?
I had issues with the previous device, this replacement was sent out only recently and again I seem to be having issues?
I have contacted the Support Team - now waiting for their response to my email?
Is there anything I can try?
