Is anyone else having an issue with Square Marketing email campaigns? For 2 days I have been trying to send an email campaign and I keep getting the error message below. This happens whether I try to schedule or send. At first, it says the campaign is being sent, then this pops up, and the email never sends. My store opens in 2 days and I would really like to get one more blast out, help!
Hi @BlackAngelDsgns. Appreciate you making us aware of this issue you're experiencing. I haven't seen any reports of other sellers having trouble sending campaigns. What browser are you using?
I'm having the same issue. As of today 9/23/2021. I am using Google Chrome.
I cannot send an email to save my life. nothing but error messages

Did anyone get help on this? I’m so frustrated and the square automated helper is useless. Idk who else to contact or what to do.
