Square Marketing Email Campaign Errors

Is anyone else having an issue with Square Marketing email campaigns? For 2 days I have been trying to send an email campaign and I keep getting the error message below. This happens whether I try to schedule or send. At first, it says the campaign is being sent, then this pops up, and the email never sends. My store opens in 2 days and I would really like to get one more blast out, help!

Hi @BlackAngelDsgns. Appreciate you making us aware of this issue you're experiencing. I haven't seen any reports of other sellers having trouble sending campaigns. What browser are you using?

This definitely doesn't sound right, @STRANDSBrooke - have you contacted our team by phone yet?

 

They can take a look at your account with you to help a shine light here, as they are able look at your account alongside you in order to pinpoint what's going on here. Please reach out by phone or email when you have a moment by logging into your Square account and heading here.
