Square KDS not showing item variation

I have different variations of most of my drinks: Regular Hot, Large Hot, Regular Iced, Large Iced, Regular Blended, Large Blended. 

 

For whatever reason, none of the blended variations get sent to my expo KDS tablet, so we're missing drinks, which isn't a good thing.

 

We've reset the KDS tablet and nothing seems to work. Why is a variation missing and is there something I'm not doing or a place I can fix that?

Sorry to hear this is happening! Is this a variation that is set on all items? Also, would you be able to include a screenshot of the items without those options? Once we have more information, we can take a closer look!
