Square Invoices on my iPad closes as soon as I open it, I have tried uninstalling and re-installing it but still the same,
Hi @tonydow, I'm sorry to hear about that! I just tried Invoices on my iPad and it works well. Can you please check the following:
1. Check if your iPad is updated to the latest version
2. Turn off your iPad and turn back on: press and hold the top button until the power off slider appears
Let me know if it works.
Tried that. Still the same. Invoices are working in the POS app but Invoices app just opens and disappears
What is your iPad model and iOS versions @tonydow?
Hi Emma. My iPad is 2021 and running iOS 16.1.1
