Square Invoices app keeps erasing all information as soon as I add it to the invoice.

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Invoicing Issues.


Anyone else having issues using the app? I have made multiple invoices this morning and just keeps erasing all information. I only have a specific time a day I can get this done as once bookings arrive I can’t be on my phone. Wasted two hours and customer support only advice delete app and re download which I did and asked for all new access to my phone and still deleting all information as soon as been input into the invoice. Any advice on better invoicing apps?

I'm really sorry to hear about the issues you're having with the Square Invoices app right now. This definitely doesn't sound like expected behaviour. 

Since you've already tried deleting and reinstalling the app and the problem persists, our Engineering team may need to investigate further.


If you'd like, I'd be happy to escalate your case to the team if you could please provide the following: 

  • Confirm the brand and model of your device (e.g., iPhone 15, Samsung Galaxy S8).
  • A video or screen recording showing the issue. If a video isn't possible, please provide screenshots or photos of each step in the process.
