We had a clinic who applied and was approved for Square Installments. She came in for one appointment and used the account but when she came back to get her remaining treatment less than a week later her Square Installments had expired. We gave her the treatment because she was already at our clinic but I'm not sure how to move forward since Square Installments is now disabled.
Is there any way for her to reactivate the installment she was approved for?
