I did update my Windows 10 prior to having this issue. Any connection? Anyone else have this problem?
We are not having trouble logging in at the store.

It sounds like it's either an issue with your computer itself of the browser you're using. Our dashboard typically works best with Chrome or Firefox so make sure to try one of those two and see if it helps.
I'm actually having the same problem and I've had it on two different browsers- Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It let's me log in at least once and then when I try the next time it rejects me with the same message: "

I am now having the same issue.
I have removed cache/cookies and firefox, chrome are both up to date.
