Hi. we have a restaurant setup and i have added new items to the menu. However, only some items gets printed to the kitchen printer.
I checked the printer setup:
1. It prints everything in the order at the ticket printer
2. it only prints some items from the same category in the kitchen printer.
3. Items are setup in the same way for both printing and non printing items
please help as we don't know what to do with this and it created havoc last night in the restaurant
