Site down for weeks, support non existant

Our site has been down for about 3 weeks. I have contacted Weebly numerous times. They keep telling me I need to update the billing info but there is nowhere to do so. The billing info they have is perfectly OK (or was, for 3 months). I have spent hours with support. They are unable to tell me where we can update the billing details, or even view them. I spent an hour on the phone with then insisting I click on things that weren't there. Eventually they said they would call back and didn't. 

 

Does anyone know the magic words that make support actually offer support?

Hi @Justabloke - thanks for flagging this and I'm sorry to hear you've had a poor experience. 

 

Can you share your domain name here? I only have access to Square accounts here but I did find a thread that details how to update your billing within Weebly: 

 

"If you go to this page of your account, you can click on "change" to change the payment method for a service:

https://www.weebly.com/home/account/services

You can also go to the Payment Methods tab and remove any old payment methods."

 

Let me know if this works for you, if not we can take another look.
