I work with estate agents and property management companies. I'm a locksmith,
Is it possible to have one client for invoicing but book jobs at multiple locations eg. tenants house whilst informing the tenant. I'm jiggling around with addresses.
Thanks

Hi @WilliamHatt - thanks for your post.
You should be able to set something up using the Customer Directly that will allow you to achieve what you are looking for here.
You can create a single customer profile for your client and associate multiple addresses with that customer - you can use the notes function for this.
This way you can link the Invoice to the specific customer - but review the notes to indicate the required address.
You can learn more about Square Customer Directory here.
Hi William. I’m not sure if this would be a solution for you but may be worth a try:
Create each Agency as a Customer
Create an Item for each job naming it possibly a combination of the Postcode&Date.
The Item cost could be the total cost with a breakdown in the description.
If you have fixed costs that may be added you could use non mandatory modifiers.
You could then invoice the agent adding the relevant Job Items.
Old jobs could be Archived.
Just a thought!
