Simpletix credit card processing with Square

We are have been using Simpletix as our Box office with Square credit card processing with no issues for a couple of months but the payments stopped processing this morning.  What could be the issue?

Welcome to the Seller Community , we see its your first post congrats! Sorry to hear you are encountering some issues with your payments. Though we have numerous partnership integrations, all aspects and data are handled solely by Simpletix. 

 

Feel free to reach out to their support here. If they can not resolve what is occurring, you will need to file a ticket with their support team, then provide that ticket number to our Customer Support team so that they can escalate a ticket to engineering on our end.
