I am completing the form to activate our account at:
Some of the fields are already correctly completed by the system and I complete each of the other fields with my personal details.
Unfortunately, the system always responds with this red banner error:

I believe in this case you will need to add your bank account details in order to fully activate your account.
Once your bank account is fully verified, this message should drop off. The full verification process takes about 4 business days we'll communicate with you via email during the process. You can read the full details here.

Exact same issue, unable to sign up. Nowhere does it ask for bank account details so far on the sign up. Also…unable to go back

Are you on a computer or Point of Sale app? Your Seller Community account is tied to your Square account which means you've signed up correctly, and your account is live.
Let me know if you can add your bank account details here.
