We have never had to input a tip and settle the transaction separately. Currently the customer is actually signing on the tablet inputting their tip and everything. BUt it is like square is still requiring us to input the tip agian even though the guest already input. Every transaction is under awaiting tip in the dashboard but they should not be since thye all already have a tip amount. How do I fix this
Hmm, seems a bit off. I'd try some app troubleshooting first in case they might help fix your issue. If you're still having trouble, contact our Support Team - they'll be able to escalate further if need be.
