Yeah, so I charge a lot for my appointments and recently I gave out a 50% off deal, well all my clients are cancelling their appointments because they are only seeing the full price amount in their confirmation details.. it doesn’t mention the discounts at all! So my clients look at their confirmation and go who’s **bleep** I can’t afford that right now, cancel... I have to manually explain it to them (if I even catch it) otherwise I’m screwed.. this is a stupid flaw and should get changed immediately

It sounds like you're booking for your clients and applying the discount prior to scheduling. However, the price of a service will not be visible when a confirmation email or text is sent. Where have your clients mentioned seeing these prices?
