Should I manually change the IP Address since the SSL certificate isn't working?

I just added a new name to my weebly site. it's been almost a week and it's still not secure. No one can order or make an appointment. Many are not even able to see the site at all. I went through all the steps and weebly says everything is right. It was suggested that I manually change the IP address to 199.34.228.59 instead of 199.34.228.77 and wait another 48 hours. Should I do something else instead or in addition to that? Everything seems to be done, enabled, etc.
The site is silverliningdetox.com. Thanks

Hi @dkdrake

Welcome to the Square Community.   I did notice when going to your website, your URL for your home page actually has a /#/ at the end of it.  Are you able to go through your Records and verify that they all match correctly, assuming that the /#/  isn't supposed to be there.

I 'm not sure if that would cause a mismatch with the SSL not applying in this situation.

Thank you for your reply. I can't figure out where that #  is coming from either.  I called support and was told to change the IP address to end with .69. So I did that but it still is not secure. I think the problem could be an http: issue. I searched the site for http: and it pulled up a few. I got rid of all but two. Those two are things that were items that were deleted at least 2 years ago. They don't really exist anywhere for me to delete them.

Do you happen to have a link to your website?

Also, have you tried to unpublish and then publish your site again? Sometimes if its a SSL Certificate issue a couple simple clicks like that may fix the issue.

Keep me posted.

@dkdrake Have you tried running your domain url through sslshopper.com to see if it's active and valid, that may shine some light on your problem.

Also Weebly official and Namecheap guidance: 199.34.228.59

Did you change both A records (for @ and www) to 199.34.228.59, since that matches Weebly’s official guidance and Namecheap templates.

After updating:
• Save your DNS settings
• Wait up to 48 hours for propagation

Hopefully this will fix your problem.
