Shipping via Weebly not possible anymore

Hi all,

 

for a couple weeks now, every time I try to make a shipment over the weebly website, this error message comes up. Capture.PNGIt's quite weird because I never put in a card in the first place, our bank account is connected to it so it can not expire. Does someone have the same issue or does anyone know how to fix this?

I can put in all the shipment info and click on "purchase label" and that's when that error message shows up.

The shipping labels are purchased through our third party integration with Shippo. You can update your billing details on their end by navigating to the Shippo dashboard. Once logged in, click on Settings > Account > Billing to update your card information. 😊
