Hi all, I have recently added a discount code to my website and when a customer has tried to place on order is says 'selected shipping method is no longer available’ and there is no other option to select. Does anybody know why it would say this as it was working fine before I added the code and I didn't adjust any shipping costs. The buyer is in the uk and I have free shipping set up

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue @lunarprops2021! I had a quick look at your website and I wasn't able to get the same error message. When select an address from the drop-down, I could see the shipping cost applied.
If possible, can you send me a private message with a bit more information about the error and the address the customer is using? I can definitely take a look at this on my end.
Thank you, I can't seem to see how to private message you, sorry! but the customer postcode is DD11 2LR I'm not sure if it's because she used the coupon code THIRTY which is 30% off orders over £15. Or perhaps it was an error her end.

There's something worth checking with the customer - when she enter the postal code, was she able to select her address from the dropdown? It might be because the address wasn't selected that the error occurred.
For context, we've flagged this with our ECOM engineering team about making the field more user-friendly and allow for addresses to be entered manually. The team are currently working on updating this but for now, customers do need to select their address from the dropdown in order to complete checkout.
